MAKE A DIFFERENCE
Bless you brethren in Christ Jesus. It is a pleasant moment for me to share with you the gospel of truth and peace. Today the Lord want us to make a difference in the life of fellow people around us. We should not only think about our self alone on how life will be beautiful and amazing for us, but we should also think of others and remember them on how their lives will also be meaningful and full of grace of God.
In the book of Luke 12:13-21, Jesus makes a parable of a certain foolish rich man, who store up wealth for himself in this world without remember to bless God and the poor with his income, telling himself how he would relax and have fun and enjoy his wealth, forgetting that life does not consist in the abundant of a man’s possession.
While enjoying life without care for God and the poor, God demand for his life. And Jesus let us know that this is how it would for those who don’t make difference in the life others and also forget to bless God. There life would be demanded from them suddenly.
Brethren, there are so many ways we can make a difference in the life of other people, only if we can open our heart to the Lord, and his divine Holy Spirit will teach us everything that God want us to do for him. It is not difficulty if we are willing to let God be the guidance of our life. It can make physical difference and it can also be spiritual difference.
Bible said, He that does not have the Spirit of God in him does not belong to the Lord. Therefore we should not go outside there in order to make difference in life of others with our own carnal mind, rather we should pray and ask the Lord to open our heart and that He would direct our steps to people that He want us to transform their lives in a way that pleases him.
Brothers and sisters in Christ, I encourage today to make every effort to make difference in the life of others. Remember Jesus said where your heart is , there your treasure would be and where your treasure is, there your heart would also be.
May the peace of God that surpasses all humans understanding and knowledge guide your heart and mind in Christ Jesus our Lord. Amen
